Using the platform
You must give truthful reports and accurate locations.
Zero tolerance for spam or abuse
No fake, spam or abusive reports. We may remove content and block accounts that do this.
Photo and content guidelines
Do not upload photos showing people's faces, house numbers or vehicle number plates. Do not upload graphic content unrelated to an animal in distress.
Network role and limitations
The Animalists connects citizens with independent responders, NGOs and hospitals. We do not guarantee response time or outcome.
Emergency services notice (Dial 112)
This platform is not a replacement for emergency services. For danger to people, call 112.
Responders and NGOs verification
Responders and NGOs must provide accurate details and may be verified. We may remove accounts that fail verification.
Content you post
You allow us to display it on the platform so others can help the animal.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss or harm arising from use of the platform.
Terms modifications
We may update these terms and will change the date above.
